Rebate Program

Rebate:

To participate in the rebate offered by Fusion Motorsports USA LLC, the client must select the rebate option on the cart page or send a written confirmation via email stating their intent to participate in the rebate program to support@fusionmotorsusa.com.

An individual can only participate in a rebate program offered by Fusion Motorsports USA LLC if they have purchased a product from Fusion Motorsports USA LLC, and there is no active return on the transaction at the time of the client choosing to participate in the rebate program. 

Any & all rebate programs are only available for orders shipped to the continental United States & Canada.

process:

Once the client has notified Fusion Motorsports USA LLC stating their intent to participate in the rebate program, the client must send their original accessories specified in the rebate program to Fusion Motorsports USA LLC headquarters. Fusion Motorsports USA LLC will provide a prepaid return shipping label with the clients' package so that the client is able to send their original accessories to Fusion Motorsports USA LLC. The return shipping label can be requested by email to support@fusionmotorsusa.com in the case of it being lost or damaged.

Fusion Motorsports USA will then inspect the item/items received from the client to ensure it is in proper condition with no deformities. Once inspection has been completed and approved, Fusion Motorsports USA will provide a partial refund to the client via their original payment method used for the purchase or physical mailed check with a dollar amount determined by the rebate program.

Dashboard Replacement Program:

This rebate program is offered for clients who have made purchases for any dashboard replacement.

If the client opts to send their wood or white dashboard, Fusion Motorsports USA will provide a partial refund of $100 to the client via their original payment method or physical mailed check once we have received the client's original dashboard (with no scratches or defects). The dashboard the client sends us must be in a sellable condition with no scratches, dents, or damage.  If the item sent in for a rebate is not accepted due to the item going against our rebate terms, the dashboard will be sent back to the client with no value towards this rebate program and a letter explaining why the trade-in item was denied.

This rebate program cannot be used more than once per order.

Door-Trim Replacement Program:

This rebate program is offered for clients who have made purchases for any door-trim replacement.

If the client opts to send their wood or white door trims, Fusion Motorsports USA will provide a partial refund of $50 to the client via their original payment method or physical mailed check once we have received the client's original door trims (with no scratches or defects). The door trims the client sends us must be in a sellable condition with no scratches, dents, or damage.  If the items sent in for a rebate is not accepted due to the item going against our rebate terms, the door-trims will be sent back to the client with no value towards this rebate program and a letter explaining why the trade-in item was denied.

This rebate program cannot be used more than once per order.

Steering wheel replacement Program:

This rebate program is offered for clients who have made purchases containing any Tesla steering wheel replacement replacement.

If the client opts to send their original steer, Fusion Motorsports USA will provide a partial refund of $200 to the client via their original payment method or physical mailed check once we have received the client's original steering wheel (with no scratches or defects). The dashboard the client sends us must be in a sellable condition with no scratches, dents, or damage.  If the item sent in for a rebate is not accepted due to the item going against our rebate terms, the dashboard will be sent back to the client with no value towards this rebate program and a letter explaining why the trade-in item was denied.

This rebate program cannot be used more than once per order.

Am I Able to take advantage of the rebate even if I did not choose this option at checkout?

Will i have to pay to ship my items to your company?

No, we will provide a paid shipping label with your purchase from our store. This label can be used to ship your items for the rebate at no additional cost to yourself.

How can i confirm my item qualifies for the rebate?

Please send us clear photos showing the details of your accessories condition at support@fusionmotorsusa.com and we will be able to assist you.
