General Information
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order and not on Pre-Order status, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Fusion Motorsports USA ships to addresses worldwide, including APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Fusion Motorsports USA is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order any time before the order is processed. Once the order is shipped, you will receive, via email, a shipping confirmation that contains tracking information. Once a product is shipped, the Return and Exchange Policy will apply.
Fusion Motorsports USA may cancel orders for any reason. Some common situations in which orders are cancelled may include: The item is out of stock and there are no plans of restocking it, pricing errors, or credit card payment is declined by the issuing financial institution.
Holiday Season
Shipping during the holiday season can add time to the transit. If you are placing an order for Christmas, please order by December 10th to ensure your order arrives on time.
Delivery Time
Orders are generally shipped out within 1-2 business days. Shipping speed is determined by the method chosen during checkout. For our free domestic ground shipping, transit time can be estimated using the map provided by our shipping partner during checkout.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within the timeframe specified during checkout.

Our primary shipping partner is USP. However, we may use other shipping carriers based on the method chosen at checkout, or the nature and size of the order.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. We offer free standard shipping in the United States of America. Shipping outside of the U.S. will be paid for by the customer. To find out how much your order will cost to ship, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Shipping costs will be displayed before you confirm your purchase.
Damaged Items in Transport
